Dependent user type

The Mobile Worker user type is a dependent user type. It must be purchased with at least one foundational user type (Creator or GIS Professional) or added to an existing organization. Mobile workers need a foundational user type to create the maps and apps they use for data collection as well as administer their ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise organization.
